Job Summary
The Software Developer, Sr position involves system analysis, design, and enhancement of existing systems. Responsibilities include acting as project leader for small to medium complexity projects, assisting in systems design for new initiatives, conducting special research, and training other personnel. Additional duties include preparing documentation, conducting training sessions, and ensuring regular attendance. Night calls and extra hours may be required to meet project deadlines. A Bachelor's degree is suggested for this full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a software developer
- Ability to develop relationships with end users and IT personnel
- Familiarity with preparing time and resource estimates
