Software Developer SME (Systems Software) (TS/SCI with Poly Required)

SME Software Developer role focusing on systems software for classified IC environments. Responsibilities include IT project management and systems engineering, software engineering and development, Agile requirements management and sprint planning, stakeholder interviews, and ensuring documentation, coordination, analysis, traceability, verification, and validation of IT system requirements. Candidate will architect and design enterprise IT systems for mission use, develop SecDevOps pipelines for CI/CD microservices on cloud infrastructure using tools such as Ansible, GitHub, and Jenkins, and work with SecDevOps tools, monitoring/logging (Splunk, ElasticSearch, ServiceNow), and web services/microservices stacks (Node.js, REST APIs, ExpressJS, Spring MVC/Spring Boot). Proficiency in AngularJS, JavaScript, Java, Python, HTML, CSS; databases including NoSQL/SQL/Oracle/RDS/PostgreSQL; experience with Linux (CentOS). Desired skills include coordinating deployments with IC stakeholders, system integrations between NSA and Sponsor systems, and deploying/maintaining web services on cloud infrastructure.
