Job Summary
Apply technical expertise to ReliaSoft applications by resolving complex technical problems and providing innovative client solutions. Participate in paired programming sessions, review code for competency, and attend daily remote meetings with UK and US teams. Continuously optimize department processes while producing documentation for software design, functionality, and releases. Utilize Agile methodologies and work independently to achieve overall team objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of industry experience designing web based applications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with distributed international teams
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and will not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge working with TypeScript
- Knowledge working with React and libraries like Material-UI (MUI), React Query/TanStack Query, and React Hook Form
- Responsive design implementation
- Mob and/or Paired programming
- Knowledge of server-side programming languages like, C#/.NET
- Knowledge working with Node.js or Python
- Knowledge working with ASP.net Core
- Knowledge working with Entity Framework Core
- Knowledge working with RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Docker tools
- Knowledge working within Test frameworks (xUnit, Vitest, and Playwright)
- Experience writing Unit Tests
- Best practices for integration and performance testing
- Familiarity with relational databases
- Familiarity with non-relational databases
- Knowledge working with Observability tools like Grafana
- Experience with Agile workflows and tracking tools like Jira
- Familiarity of security best practices in web development
