Job Summary
Full-stack Software Engineer role for Marex Prime Services enabling secure, responsive web applications and services for front-to-back trading technology. Responsibilities include coding across proprietary applications, maintaining code quality with an automation-first approach, automating build/deploy with platform engineering, aligning with agile delivery processes, participating in scrum ceremonies, collaborating across the technology function, ensuring regulatory compliance (FCA, NFA, AMF, AFM, MAS), and contributing to risk management and governance. Skills/experience emphasize C#, .Net, React, JS/TS, HTML/CSS, SQL, NodeJS, cloud/AWS, containerization and modern SDLC practices; desirable knowledge includes Java/Vue/Angular, Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ, serverless and cloud-native patterns, coaching/leadership in agile contexts, and familiarity with the Marex Agentic AI strategy. The role also encourages participation in technology guilds, solution design reviews, and occasional Scrum Master responsibilities.
