Job Summary
Design, develop, and release full-cycle software for LSA's suite of systems, platforms, and applications, including home-grown and third-party integrations. Analyze requirements, code, test, debug, and document applications while applying accepted standards for efficient logic and data manipulation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational roadmaps, seek innovative design solutions, and recommend process improvements. Plan and execute software version upgrade releases, managing tasks to meet assigned project dates. Utilize Microsoft technologies including .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server, alongside JavaScript and preferred React/Azure experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies such as .NET, C#, MVC, Web API, and SQL Server
- Experience in working with a variety of 3rd party SDKs and APIs
- Proficiency in frontend development with JavaScript
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building, customizing, or integrating features within contact center software platforms is plus
- Experience with cloud technology such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is preferred
- Experience with React preferred
