Job Summary
Lead technical decisions and guide software architecture for the Battlefield Health platform, managing complex development tasks related to integration and core product enhancements. Collaborate within a distributed Scrum team between Aarhus and Bucharest, working with solution architects and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive process while applying healthcare and NATO standards. Co-create solutions with domain advisors and users to deliver decision support for patient tracking and flow management. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 3-5 years of experience, and proficiency in Java, Angular, and TypeScript. Hybrid setup with 2-4 weeks of annual travel between Romania and Denmark.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in software development
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in technologies such as Java, Angular 10+, TypeScript, J2EE, IntelliJ IDEA and Gradle
- Fluent English skills
- Result-oriented and proactive
- Enjoy collaborating across teams and working in an international environment
- 2-4 weeks of travel per year
Desired Qualifications
- Nice to have: C#, React technologies, but willing to learn the tech stack used on the project (Java/Angular)
- Nice to have: experience in software architecture, knowledge of security aspects and secure communication, experience in integration development
- Healthcare or Defence knowledge would be a plus
