Job Summary
Software Developer & IT Systems Support Specialist responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing business applications and information systems; provide day-to-day support for applications and end users; participate in system integrations, upgrades, and digital transformation; monitor progress; support backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery; contribute to information security, user access management, and regulatory compliance; troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and IT systems support
- Strong experience with: C#, .NET Framework, VB.NET, Visual Basic 6, ASP.NET, MVC/MVVM, Web Forms, Windows Forms, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Microsoft SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, triggers, and functions, Web Services and system integrations, Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, SOAP, WCF, CSS, and Sencha Touch is desirable
- Master's Degree and/or relevant certifications will be considered an asset
