Job Summary
Perform program maintenance for moderate complexity projects and assist in developing specifications for less complex projects. Test applications to ensure defect-free delivery to end users. Responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting issues, as well as reporting project status to management. Develop relationships with end users and IT staff while preparing and updating documentation per department standards. May provide guidance to Associate software developers and participate in meetings and training sessions. Flexibility in hours, including potential night calls, is required to meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software development
