Job Summary
Design, build, and optimize workflows for integration platforms, managing connectors, APIs, and data flows across HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems. Transform opaque sync errors into actionable feedback and establish patterns, documentation, and error-handling conventions to scale integration performance. Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to grow platform capabilities, while working across Go, Temporal, Python, and frontend stacks to handle real-world challenges like auth flows, pagination, and schema drift. Establish enterprise-level governance standards and troubleshoot complex cross-system issues independently. Based in Calgary, this role offers competitive compensation ($106,000-$125,000 CAD) and supports remote-first work within commuting distance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years building and shipping production software
- solid backend fundamentals
- Python and/or Go
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining integrations against third-party APIs
