Job Summary
Design and develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and related frameworks to automate and enhance business processes. Review, analyze, and document modifications to existing systems while assisting senior staff in feasibility studies. Provide production support for application errors and participate in on-call rotations extending beyond normal hours. Develop program specifications, create test plans, and guide team activities throughout the software development life cycle. Identify, develop, and integrate data security measures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Work independently on maintenance tasks or within teams on major projects to improve application processing efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience
- Four years of Information Technology experience with proven record of increasing development responsibility and project analysis
- Two years of experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code), with proficiency in current AI code generation ("vibe coding") workflows and the ability to review, refine, and validate AI-generated code
- Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access
- May be required to maintain a valid driver's license
- Must submit to periodic background checks

- Proficient architecting and implementing RESTful web service solutions
- Proficient with Message Queues
- Highly proficient in one or more of the following: Web Services, Java Script, Java, C#, .Net, MVC, HTML, CSS, SQL, Node.js, React, Angular (Full Stack Development)
- Proficient with Oracle or SQL databases
- Proficient with web services and microservices
- Proficient at Architecting data warehouse solutions
- Proficient in Database Design, Data Modeling
- Proficient in Database Programming
- Proficient in transforming business requirements into logical data model
- Knowledge of ETL tools and designing ETL processes
