Software Developer I (Hybrid)

Contribute to discussions with product owners and agile team members to understand business requirements for analysis and design. Fully participate in the system development life cycle by assisting with recommendations, coding, testing, and implementation efforts. Convert user stories into programmable solutions while documenting and communicating project progress to the team. Follow company standards and policies within an agile environment, completing tasks in a timely manner. This role supports the U.S. Corporate IT team at Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions, helping protect businesses across four global markets.
