Job Summary
Software Developer II responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions using C#, .NET Core, and React to optimize material handling processes. Responsibilities include full software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, support), troubleshooting and debugging applications and databases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to code reviews and technical documentation, and staying current with industry trends on the Microsoft stack and automation technologies. Key skills include C#, .NET Core, React.js, T-SQL, RESTful APIs, Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, Git/Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and experience with cloud and IoT integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with C#, .NET Core, and Microsoft stack
- Experience building responsive web applications using React.js
- Proven expertise in writing and optimizing T-SQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, integration, and consumption
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in the material handling or industrial automation sector is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with real-time data processing and IoT integrations
- Understanding of warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain concepts
- Understanding or experience in warehouse automation technologies
