Job Summary
Software Developer Growth Engineer at Blitzy in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on generating enterprise demand by demonstrating the Blitzy platform through public technical work, content creation, developer engagement, and targeted outreach. You will become an expert operator of the Blitzy platform, executing autonomous software development workflows end-to-end, building greenfield applications, refactoring open-source repositories, fixing publicly documented CVEs, and producing technical content (articles, tutorials, videos, benchmarks). You’ll engage developer communities, answer technical questions, and drive enterprise opportunities in partnership with Sales and AI Solutions Consultants. Preferred candidates have 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, a demonstrated ability to ship production software, open-source contributions, an active GitHub profile, and a track record of public technical content. Base salary range is $140,000 - $180,000 with bonus and equity, with in-person collaboration at Cambridge HQ.
