Software Developer (Full-Stack)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain basic software components using modern frameworks, writing clean, well-documented code for small tasks and bug fixes. Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data integration processes to support business intelligence and operational reporting needs. Participate in code reviews, support testing and troubleshooting activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions. Administer reporting infrastructure, including report servers, data models, and scheduled report processes, while working closely with team members to learn best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent coursework
- Basic understanding of programming concepts and object-oriented principles
- Familiarity with C# and .NET fundamentals
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- Experience working with relational databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
- Understanding of database design, normalization, and data modeling concepts
- Experience creating reports, datasets, or dashboards using SSRS, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- Ability to follow coding standards and write clean, maintainable code
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Effective communication and collaboration within a team
- The ability to wear standard personal protective equipment (PPE) required while on the shop floor or in other work area where mandated
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Git or other version control systems
- Basic troubleshooting and debugging techniques
- Awareness of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience administering or supporting SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Report Server environments
- Experience creating Power BI datasets, dashboards, and interactive reports
