Job Summary
Develop, test, and maintain iOS applications with a complete checklist, ensuring submissions within three hours and change requests within eight hours. Implement new features based on Shopify product flow while writing centralized, object-oriented code to improve reuse and maintainability. Conduct thorough code reviews, document integrations, and participate in sprint planning with proper JIRA estimation and time tracking. Engage in client discussions, responding to queries within ten minutes and handling customization requests per decided timelines. Provide weekly and monthly progress reports on productivity and handle mistake reporting to the team lead.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in native iOS development
- Basic development standards and concepts
- Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Cocoa Touch
- Knowledge of object-oriented principles/programming
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications with backend services
- Knowledge of the XCode development environment
- Knowledge of the Cocoa framework, Coredata, and Sqlite
- Hands-on with JSON, XML, and JavaScript
- Use Git as a source control tool (GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket)
- Knowledge of third-party libraries and APIs
- Possess a robust and self-managing work ethic
