Job Summary
Design and develop high-quality software systems using C# and the .NET framework, focusing on SOAP, RESTful web services, and SOA architectures. Implement interfaces and interoperability solutions while adhering to Object Oriented Design principles and software development best practices. Execute unit testing with mocking and IoC concepts, practicing Test Driven Development and conducting peer reviews to ensure code quality. Collaborate within a team using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and XP, to deliver robust, scalable applications.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in software development using C#
- Expert level understanding of .NET framework and up-to-date knowledge and experience with the latest versions
- Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Development tools (.Net 4.0+, WCF, ADO.Net, LINQ)
- Expert knowledge of SOAP, RESTful web services, WCF and SOA
- Experience with XML, XSL, XSLT and WS-*
- Expert in Object Oriented Design
- Thorough technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation
- Experience in design and development in Interfaces and/or interoperability solutions
- Understanding of OOP and database concepts
- Expert Unit Testing experience with mocking and IoC concepts
- Strong experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience with peer reviews
- Ability & willingness to quickly learn new concepts, software is necessary and grow professionally
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player
- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices, design patterns
- Good communication skills
