Job Summary
Review AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and best practices. Write clean, well-documented sample solutions to programming problems. Evaluate and rank model outputs with structured feedback, flagging bugs, edge cases, and reasoning errors to improve model performance. Complete each task accurately within the platform's review guidelines, ensuring all work meets specified standards before approval. This short-term, task-based engagement involves completing individual 4-5 hour assignments with flexible hours, paid per approved task in USD. You will work remotely for a leading AI training platform focused on enhancing large language models' code reasoning capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong coding depth across software engineering, debugging and repair, systems and infrastructure, security, and ML/AI
- Comfort with command line tooling, Docker, Git/GitHub, and Harbor
- Sharp attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Comfortable working independently in an async, task-based workflow
- Advanced English, both written and spoken
- 100% Remote

- LATAM – Reporting to San Francisco, PST
