Job Summary
Code, test, debug, and implement custom applications in C# utilizing microservices techniques alongside Angular 2 within a .Net environment. Utilize SQL to pull, query, and join data using TSQL as necessary. Partner with business analysts to translate requirements into product designs and write technical specifications. Collaborate with DevOps, Database, QA, and Analyst teams to ensure successful project delivery from testing to deployment using an agile approach. Innovate using tools and processes that expedite development goals while working in small teams with total ownership of modules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field from an accredited U.S. institution
- 3�5 years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience developing applications using C# and .NET and .NET Core
- Proficient in developing and maintaining web applications using Angular 2+ and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web application development
- Experience designing, developing, and optimizing Microsoft SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, views, and query performance tuning
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and common design patterns
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Candidate must be capable of obtaining a secret security clearance if required for future project assignments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Entity Framework or Entity Framework Core
- Knowledge of application security best practices and secure coding standards
- Experience optimizing application performance and database queries
- Experience participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Experience working with modern front-end state management libraries (e.g., NgRx)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, or similar) to improve productivity in coding, debugging, testing, and documentation while validating AI-generated output for accuracy, security, and maintainability
