Job Summary
Implement identified software components using design documentation and functional programming specifications, ensuring they are documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration. Architect solutions, test code, and deploy CI/CD pipelines while providing work estimates and guiding features for interested parties. Debug complex projects and solve problems using Java, Python, or .Net, leveraging version control and data engineering tools like Pandas and Spark.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working as a software engineer on complex software projects
- Excellent coding skills and solid development experience (Java, Python, .Net etc.) with debugging and problem-solving skills
- Solid grasp of the software delivery lifecycle, version control (Git & GitHub), and data engineering tools such as Pandas and Spark
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, Rest based web services
- Deep understanding of OOP and Design patterns
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google AI) and distributed computing architectures
Desired Qualifications
- Agentic AI Systems: Experience designing, building, or integrating multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agent Framework, AutoGen, CrewAI), including the development of agent protocols and coordination mechanisms
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) & Knowledge Systems: Practical knowledge of deploying RAG architectures and integrating structured and unstructured knowledge sources into AI solutions
- Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices
- Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, and Google GCP) - otherwise, you can obtain certifications with Kyndryl
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
