Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET Core, React JS, SQL Server, and Azure cloud platforms. Troubleshoot production issues, execute unit and system tests, and migrate legacy data to support new solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, create documentation, and enforce coding standards within an Agile environment. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and monitor application health for performance and security.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in full stack development using .NET Core, C#, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with SQL Server, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Experience in Oracle, including tasks such as performing data migration from legacy systems to SQL Server
- Extensive experience with Power BI, including dashboards, paginated reports, and data transformations
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including app services, storage, and security
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tools
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508)
- Experience in transforming and migrate legacy data to support the new solution
- Experience converting legacy applications to web-based solutions
- Experience in Oracle data migration
- Experience migrating data experience within government or regulated environments
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
- Experience working in Texas state agencies, healthcare, public sector
- Must be available for 100% onsite work at the location listed
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting large-scale IT systems within government or regulated environments
- 8+ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities
- Experience working in Texas state agencies, healthcare, public sector
