Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of the 2D software and IoT portfolio — orchestrating cross-functional, multi-site teams through the full product development lifecycle from concept to commercial launch and post-release. Maintain delivery accountability across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Product, and market; protect teams from interruptions; ensure requests are clear, scoped, and ready to execute. Drive design control, risk sequencing, and validation planning to support audits; challenge V&V adequacy and partner with Product Management on direction. Ensure launch readiness is embedded in delivery planning from the start. Guide continuous improvement of delivery systems using Envista Business Systems, AI-enabled tooling, and established delivery practices. Demonstrate ownership of outcomes, operate with urgency, and wear the hat to support program needs. 4 days per week on-site in Quakertown, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or other technical discipline
- 8+ years in new product development
- 3-5 years leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with regulated software or medical devices
- Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820/Part 11, ISO 13485, IEC 62304 or other regulated industry
- Experience with Agile and waterfall/phase gate methodologies
- SAFe, PMP, or PgMP certification is preferred
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
