Software Customization Technician

Job Summary
Implement and customize a full array of Zoho apps for clients, including Desk, Projects, Books, and Analytics. Develop custom functions, create automated blueprints and workflows, and implement, test, and document all work. Leverage knowledge of Zoho's proprietary coding and Deluge to enhance functionality. This role supports Planned Growth's Business Software team, a full-service digital marketing and business software agency located in Sunrise, FL. Candidates work remotely, from the office, or a combination of both, with a flexible schedule available 20 to 40 hours per week. Paid training is provided to support professional development.
Required Qualifications
- CRM implementation and/or customization experience
- Understanding of Custom Functions
- Experience creating and implementing automated blueprints and workflows
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to implement, test and document your work
- Available 20 to 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Zoho experience
- Knowledge of Zoho's proprietary coding, Deluge
- Knowledge of API's
