Job Summary
Technical liaison and software delivery specialist focused on designing, deploying, optimizing, migrating, and troubleshooting Cisco products within customer environments. You will develop and test automation scripts, middleware, APIs/SDKs, and CI/CD pipelines, engage with customers to map outcomes to project scopes, and collaborate with internal and partner teams to ensure interoperability, scalability, and secure delivery of solutions. The role emphasizes applying AI-driven planning and analytics to accelerate delivery, documenting reusable intellectual capital, and mentoring peers in software delivery excellence. You will work in a matrixed environment, build customer relationships, and communicate architecture and integration concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors + 2 years of related experience, or Masters + 0 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience
- Associate level (e.g., CCNA) or equivalent relevant certification expected
