Job Summary
Software Configuration Analyst - Level 4 responsible for coordinating and enforcing Software Configuration Management (SCM) processes on a large-scale program, including configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed and COTS software. Will integrate development pipelines with automation, test-driven development, and CI/CD frameworks; implement provisioning and deployment via packaging, componentization, or cloud distribution; operate in an Agile environment; ensure SCM compliance, code quality, and code coverage in CI/CD pipelines; coordinate builds for test/delivery; perform audits and maintain documentation, baselines, and change-control logs. Requires US citizenship with active Top Secret/SCI clearance; Bachelor's degree with 8+ years (or 6 with Master's, 4 with PhD) and strong experience with Linux, Jira, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and automation; located in Aurora, CO with standard office hours and occasional remote/on-call work. Preferred: Kubernetes, Helm, microservices, advanced SW CM processes, and robust documentation practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD (in lieu of degree)
- US Citizenship with active Top Secret/SCI
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with Jira, Jenkins and Git/Version Control Software
- Experience with Docker containers
- Ability to design and implement CI/CD solutions
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly at different organizational levels
- Experience in software configuration management
- Experience coordinating/creating configured builds for test and delivery
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with developing microservices
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts

- Excellent technical writing and team building skills
- Experience with SW CM branching strategies & tagging, pull requests, merges, and build versioning
- Hands-on experience with version control systems beyond Git (e.g., Perforce, SVN)
- Demonstrated ability to track and record change control items (CR, MR, PR) and maintain comprehensive change control logs
- Ability to produce and maintain configuration status reports for audit reviews and release gate checkpoints
