Job Summary
Software Business Development lead in the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and Vehicle Electronics Architecture (VEA) domain, serving as the primary customer-facing interface for software engagements between NXP and automotive OEMs, Tier1s, and ecosystem partners. Drive business growth by engaging with customers’ software R&D leadership, system architects, and program decision-makers, collaborating with GKAM and global cross-functional teams. Leverage hands-on experience in software development and/or FAE to bridge business and technical domains, support early-stage evaluations, shape customer software architecture discussions, and enable design-ins and design-wins. Responsible for creating new business opportunities while expanding strategic engagements at scale, positioning NXP’s software solutions (e.g., SDV platforms, MotionWise, CoreRide) into customer roadmaps and driving long-term revenue growth.
