Job Summary
Conduct needs analysis, document requirements, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders while identifying areas for re-engineering and alternative solutions. Elicit requirements, manage the backlog in coordination with the Product Owner, and prioritize user stories to support sprint planning. Perform root cause analysis to implement solutions, execute test plans for sanity checks, and document results for business as usual maintenance. Assist the product owner in establishing user stories and facilitate the creation of ICT solutions aligned with organizational strategy. Train end users and support QA and development teams.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (BS) in MIS or Computer Science or Business Management
- extensive experience in Solutions Provider industry
- Working knowledge of Agile Methodology
- good grasp of the different tools and techniques available for Agile
- Ability to comprehend in-depth business knowledge & terminologies
- Capacity to identify and write different test scenarios, test cases and execute them
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- High curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Good reason and ability to logically process data
- Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
