Job Summary
Evaluate technical capabilities and administrative controls of software products and SaaS platforms to design governance mechanisms. Assess deployment architectures, authentication models, and access controls while configuring role management and policy enforcement settings. Manage administration consoles to develop automated controls for provisioning, deprovisioning, and license assignment. Collaborate with Enterprise IT, Security, and Procurement teams to implement restrictions and translate policy requirements into technical solutions. Reduce manual operational effort through workflow optimization and enhance compliance monitoring via automation. Support software vendors on product capabilities and provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Engineering, IT Operations, Endpoint Management, Enterprise Applications, or related technical fields
- Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud services, and enterprise software architectures
- Experience administering enterprise software platforms and management consoles
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), and access control mechanisms
- Understanding of software deployment, packaging, provisioning, and lifecycle management processes
- Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise security platforms and governance controls
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate business policies into technical implementations
