Job Summary
Software Asset Management Analyst responsible for end-to-end software lifecycle tasks including analysis and redesign of Software Asset Management processes, maintaining software asset catalogue and cost management, managing licence entitlements in Flexera, raising and managing software purchasing orders and Goods Receipting, verifying supplier invoices, liaising with suppliers for quotes and maintaining supplier records, advising management and technical teams on licence entitlements, supporting Audit, Risk and Compliance through regular audit processes, providing reports on software/licence counts and usage, and performing licence harvesting and answering license-related questions; role requires working from the Epsom office two designated days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) with hours 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM BST; hybrid working culture with emphasis on collaboration and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification in Software Asset Management
- ITIL V4 Foundation Accreditation
- Experience of working within ITIL aligned Service Management organisation
- Experience of working in Software Asset Management
- Experience of implementing process change and Performance Improvement
- Excellent analytical and communications (both verbal and written) skills
- Proven experience of data analysis and good numeracy, analytical and reporting skills
- Supplier Relationship experience and working knowledge of Service Now
