Job Summary
Manage the lifecycle of hardware and software assets across Northbridge Financial, including acquisition, inventory tracking, utilization, compliance, optimization, and disposal. Maintain accurate asset and licensing records, monitor software usage, and ensure compliance with vendor agreements and corporate policies. Support software audits, contract renewals, asset reporting, and governance initiatives while collaborating with IT, Procurement, Finance, Security, and business stakeholders. Identify cost-saving opportunities, reduce compliance risk, and improve asset visibility to maximize the value of technological investments. Requires 3+ years of Software Asset Management experience and proficiency with Flexera, ServiceNow, and major vendors like Microsoft and Oracle. Base salary range is $82,000 - $123,000.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field (i.e. Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of Software Asset Management experience (or equivalent experience for senior roles)
- Experience with Flexera
- Strong understanding of software licensing models, vendor agreements, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing major software vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, SAP, VMware, or Salesforce
- Experience conducting software compliance reviews
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
