Software Architect

Job Summary
Design and develop new software products and major enhancements to existing applications while performing feasibility analysis for future projects. Address systems integration, compatibility, and cross-platform functionality issues to ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, translate them into system specifications, and support the full software development lifecycle from requirements through sustainment. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with technical and operational objectives. Work remotely in a day shift environment with less than 10% travel, supporting federal government customers including the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant software development experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations
- Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I Baseline Certification
- CompTIA A+ with Continuing Education (A+ CE)
- Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA-Security)
- Certified Network Defender (CND)
- CompTIA Network+ with Continuing Education (Network+ CE)
- Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
- Secret – IT-II (Tier 3) Non-Critical Sensitive Clearance with a favorable NACLC
- U.S. Citizen
- Candidates must reside in one of our approved hiring states within the United States
- Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs
- Amount of Travel: less than 10%

Desired Qualifications
