Job Summary
Software Architect, Platform responsible for shaping the architecture of remote access, control, and support solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, platform-independent cloud/SaaS solutions; document architectural designs and best practices; provide technical leadership; conduct assessments and proofs of concept; stay current with cloud and software-architecture trends; requires university degree and 7+ years in OO software development with C++/C# and databases; familiarity with microservices, SOA, containerization (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms. Required Qualifications
- University or college degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or any related subject
- 7+ years of professional experience in object-oriented software development using C++ or .NET (C#)
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as MS SQL, Cassandra or Scylla
- Experience with architectural and coding design patterns; distributed, high-availability and scalable systems; service-oriented architecture (microservices); containerization (Kubernetes)
- Experience deploying and managing applications in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus
