Job Summary
Collaborate with customers to translate business needs into practical technical solutions while defining and maintaining architecture standards across projects. Review solution designs and code to ensure quality, security, and scalability, then design and oversee system integrations using APIs, messaging technologies, and cloud services. Support pre-sales by preparing solution architectures, technical proposals, and proof-of-concepts, and resolve complex technical challenges to guide critical design decisions. Mentor technical leads and engineers, drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering and cloud-native practices, and ensure successful project delivery through modern DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline
- 8-10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in Software Architecture or senior technical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, microservices, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, or C++
- Hands-on expertise in modern frameworks including Node.js, React.js, .NET, Flutter, or similar technologies
- Experience with working directly with international customers in solution consulting or pre-sales engagements
- Strong background in designing secure, scalable, and highly available software solutions
- Practical exposure to AI-assisted software engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor,or similar), including quality assurance of AI-generated software artefacts
- Solid experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), and modern DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Exposure to a modern software development environment
