Job Summary
Lead the team technically by proposing and developing technical solutions while acting as a leading voice in team discussions and decisions. Foster adoption of best coding practices, ensure code quality, and provide technical guidance to the team. Understand the front and backend ecosystem, benchmark technology and development practices, and maintain documentation, charts, and diagrams. Monitor and improve monitoring dashboards and work in collaboration with the Solution Architect. Deploy systems into production and manage the full deployment process within a high-paced, high-growth environment using Scrum/Kanban.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with software, systems and infrastructure architecture
- Experience with Java, Spring framework, and Python
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with microservices architecture and patterns
- Experience in micro-frontends pattern
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Azure Dev Ops, Kubernetes, Docker, Test Automation
- Experience with Scrum/Kanban
- Experience in leading the deployment of systems into production
- Experience in a high-paced, high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestones
- Comfortable with ambiguity; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done
- Excellent time management skills
- Have a solid understanding of clean software design principles
- Good active listening skills, the ability to empathize with customers, stakeholders
- English - advanced level
