Software Analyst - Associate / Outage Management Services

Job Summary
Gather and document user requirements, analyze software needs, and interpret data to support design decisions. Create detailed documentation including functional specifications and system design documents while maintaining comprehensive records of system changes. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues for end-users, provide application support consulting, and perform testing and quality assurance for new features. Assist in coding and scripting tasks, collaborate on project planning and progress monitoring, and contribute ideas for process improvements. Work with the development team to enhance PCI software products and features. Hybrid work in Norman, OK, with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science or a degree in a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in computer science
- Basic knowledge of programming & scripting
- Knowledge of Java, Python, SQL and AWS
- Individual task-and time management skills
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proficient in problem solving and logical thinking
- Able to take direction & learn from more senior employees
- You shall be required to work in our PCI Norman office on a hybrid basis (some days at home and some days in the Norman office)
