Job Summary
Software Acceleration Associate in Nebraska joining a 6-month program designed to fast-track talent into Software Account Management (SAM). Responsibilities include owning outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, generating and maintaining pipeline for SMB and mid-market prospects, delivering compelling messaging, executing structured cadences via phone, email, and LinkedIn, collaborating with SAM leaders to refine strategies, and gaining hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle. The role emphasizes SaaS selling fundamentals, ongoing coaching, and a clear path into SAM roles (SAR/Sr SAR) based on performance. Must have associate’s degree or equivalent, 1–2 years outbound sales experience, and willingness to travel as the network expands; program offers benefits and potential full-time transition after six months. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of outbound sales experience
- 2+ years of related experience, preferred
- Confidence communicating with decision makers via phone, email, and social
- Ability to manage volume, objection handling, and pipeline creation
- Desire to learn full cycle sales and move into a closing role
- Willingness and ability to meet clients face-to-face as you grow your network
