Job Summary
Sort, hang, tag, and label softline products according to standard operating procedures while accurately assessing items based on quality standards. Generate a minimum of $8,000.00 in store sales from items produced during every two-week production period. Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors enthusiastically, addressing concerns respectfully, and maintaining a friendly attitude toward both customers and team members. Keep work stations and the store environment clean, stocked, and organized, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping floors. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This role requires flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays within a Goodwill of the Finger Lakes store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must follow Goodwill of the Finger Lakes values at all times
- Must have open and flexible availability, and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read and understand documents such as time cards and policy manuals
- Ability to complete daily production reports
- Ability to speak effectively and communicate clearly to team members and customers
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred
