• •Must be able to assist with loading and unloading merchandise as needed
• •Must be able to receive and record donations as needed
• •Must be able to assist with sorting donations according to GWH guidelines as assigned
• •Must be able to assist with the security and safety of GWH associates and property
• •Must be able to assist in floor recovery as needed
• •Must be able to perform other duties as assigned by Management

• •Must be able to carefully inspect all items to ensure they meet GWH quality standards
• •Must be able to hang all approved sorted goods on appropriate hangers
• •Must be able to ensure that all hung goods are placed in size order by department
• •Must be able to price merchandise by using the current GWH baseline pricing guidelines
• •Must be able to sort soft goods (clothing, linens, etc.) according to GWH guidelines to maximize production
• •Must be able to separate sellable items from outlet products
• •Must be able to ensure these items are appropriately hung on hangers and by department and category
• •Must be able to process these soft line donations from the backroom
• •Must be able to ensure merchandise is ready to be moved to the sales floor
• •Must be able to perform assigned duties and work within the framework of GWH's Mission and all policies and procedures
• •Must be able to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of GWH donations to maximize profitability and enhance our Mission
• •Must be able to follow established procedures and processes donations timely with a sense of urgency
• •Must have zero (0) accidents or near misses
• •Must work schedule as assigned
• •Must notify leadership as needed
• •Must have no recurring issues with attendance
• •Must have a personal image that keeps work area/location clean, safe, and organized with no donor creep
• •Must complete all assigned duties
• •Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without accommodation
• •Must be able to work in a location that may change at the discretion of management

Desired Qualifications

• •High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• •Excellent customer service skills
• •Retail sales experience is preferred
• •Ability to communicate and interact well with a variety of personality types
