Job Summary
Sort, sort, and organize soft goods donations (clothing, linens, etc.) by department, category, and size; hang saleable items in size order; process donations for the sales floor; price items using baseline guidelines and apply price tags; assist with unloading donations and donor interactions; maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow PPE and safety protocols; support product rotation, floor recovery, and a friendly shopping environment; assist customers with basic store operations information and participate in housekeeping and safety duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation
