Job Summary
Greet all customers in the store, develop a rapport through conversation to understand their needs, and build trust via product knowledge and accurate information. Bring the sale to a successful close by operating the cash register and expanding the sale with accessory or warranty demonstrations as appropriate. Merchandise the store by stocking shelves, counters, or tables with products. Other duties as assigned. This role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility for split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable standing for extended periods while lifting 25 pounds. Love to ski or snowboard with some knowledge of how it works.
Required Qualifications
- Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
- Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
- Have basic computer skills
- English fluency, written and verbal
- Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds
