Job Summary
Greet customers, build rapport through conversation, and close sales by demonstrating product knowledge and delivering accurate information. Operate the cash register to complete transactions and merchandise the store by stocking shelves, counters, and tables. Manage softgoods sales staff and oversee department inventory control as directed by the Store Manager. This role requires flexibility for split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends, with a schedule that includes extended standing and lifting up to 25 pounds. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, and possess basic computer skills and English fluency.
Required Qualifications
- Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
- Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
- Have basic computer skills
- English fluency, written and verbal
- Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds
