Showcase product expertise by sharing technical features, fit, and performance knowledge to close sales with confidence and build authentic relationships. Elevate the experience by suggesting complementary products and services, then master point-of-sale systems to process transactions efficiently. Create eye-catching displays to showcase latest gear and manage inventory by restocking, organizing, and maintaining the softgoods collection. Flexible with holidays, weekends, and split shifts; budgeted range starts at $18.00-$18.50/hour plus commission. As a style and technical functional expert, you help guests look good and perform better on the mountain.
Required Qualifications
- You're outgoing, friendly, and love talking gear and mountain style all day
- You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn)
- Flexible with your schedule � holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain
- You�re good on your feet (literally � standing for hours is no big deal)
- can lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
