Job Summary
Welcome guests with energy, connect through genuine conversations to understand style and mountain goals, and showcase product expertise on technical features and fit. Close sales by building authentic relationships while elevating experiences with complementary product suggestions. Master point-of-sale systems to process transactions and create eye-catching displays that showcase the latest gear. Manage inventory by restocking, organizing, and maintaining the softgoods collection. Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends required. Full-time role with a budgeted range of $18.00-$18.50/hour plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- You're outgoing, friendly, and love talking gear and mountain style all day
- You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn)
- Flexible with your schedule � holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain
- You�re good on your feet (literally � standing for hours is no big deal)
- can lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
