Close sales confidently while building authentic relationships and suggest complementary products to enhance their adventures. Master point-of-sale systems to process transactions efficiently and create eye-catching displays that inspire customers. Manage inventory by restocking, organizing, and maintaining the softgoods collection. This role requires flexibility with holidays, weekends, and split shifts, with a budgeted range of $18.00-$18.50/hour plus commission. You must be outgoing, love skiing or snowboarding, and stand for hours while lifting up to 25 lbs.
