Softgoods Buyer

Lead daily operations of the softgoods department while supervising the retail team and delivering exceptional customer service. Analyze sales reports and inventory performance to support seasonal purchasing decisions, then assist with developing product assortments and preparing purchase orders. Communicate directly with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability while monitoring inventory levels to proactively recommend replenishment. Receive, allocate, and organize inventory across multiple locations, create visually appealing merchandise displays, and train employees on product knowledge and merchandising. Coordinate employee parking permits and transportation logistics with Alta. Full-time, 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts at Powder House Ski Shop in Alta, Utah.
