Job Summary
As a Softgoods Associate, you will ensure a high level of customer service and accurately process customer transactions. Responsibilities include merchandising, following loss prevention practices, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and complying with health and safety guidelines. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail. You will typically work a schedule of 35-40 hours weekly with day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends.
