Job Summary
Athletic Coach to develop and execute training programs, instruct athletes in softball rules and techniques, evaluate performance, mentor student-athletes, coordinate with staff and parents, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with governing bodies. Requires proven coaching experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to foster a positive team culture; background check required. After-school/evening commitment with practices and games regularly scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Proven coaching experience in [specific sport, e.g., basketball, soccer, track, etc.]
- Knowledge of sport-specific techniques, rules, and strategies
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Satisfactory background report
