Job Summary
Oversee daily field setup, readiness, and breakdown for games and practices while ensuring fields are stocked with game balls and maintained to All-Ripken standards. Manage team movement, enforce inning and run rules, and serve as the primary liaison for coaches and umpires to ensure smooth game flow and safety. Support skills workouts, track attendance, and manage on-field equipment inventory including demo bats and training tools. Represent the Unrivaled Sports brand with professionalism and energy, collaborating closely with operations staff to uphold athlete development and sportsmanship expectations during the August 20th-23rd, 2026 tournament at Sports Force Parks in Sandusky.
Required Qualifications
- High School Head Coaching experience
- College coaching experience
- College or professional playing experience
- Strong working knowledge of baseball/softball rules, game management, and player safety standards
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams, games, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with coaches, umpires, staff, and families
- Requires availability for multi-day events, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Selected applicants may be required to complete a background check prior to assignment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with tournaments, showcases, or all-star style events
- Experience supervising staff or coordinating on-field operations
- Background in athlete development, evaluation, or performance training
