Job Summary
Manage softball equipment inventory and enforce school eligibility rules, including AIA and BCI policies, to ensure all participating students meet academic and physical clearance requirements. Coordinate game logistics by scheduling facilities, arranging transportation, and verifying player eligibility with teachers one week prior to competition. Attend league meetings and maintain uniform accountability throughout the season, ensuring only eligible students wear jerseys during school hours. Perform duties requiring regular lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, and walking in a moderate noise environment. Season pay of $1,500 begins March 22nd, 2027, with a requirement for a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR and First Aid
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
