Job Summary
Athletic Coach responsible for developing and implementing softball program activities, planning and executing practice sessions, instructing athletes in rules and techniques, evaluating performance with constructive feedback, fostering a positive team culture, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations, coordinating with athletic staff, communicating with athletes and parents, attending practices and events, maintaining equipment, and mentoring student-athletes to promote discipline, effort, integrity, and mutual respect.
Required Qualifications
- Proven coaching experience in a specific sport (e.g., softball, basketball, soccer, track, etc.)
- Knowledge of sport-specific techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Satisfactory background report
- Preferred: Experience coaching at the high school/collegiate/professional level.
- Preferred: Relevant coaching certification (e.g., NFHS, USA Coaching, etc.)
