Job Summary
Design and implement core features for a real-time, LLM-powered healthcare platform, building user-facing experiences like onboarding and clinical insights. Develop across the full stack using Python, TypeScript, React, and AWS while collaborating with product, design, and clinical experts to deliver adopted solutions. Establish best practices for reliable, secure, and scalable AI-first applications, moving quickly without compromising code quality or security. Work directly with end users to understand workflows and translate needs into technical decisions. This generalist role supports workflows ranging from billing to clinical-trial matching within a well-funded healthcare technology company trusted by major systems.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building full-stack, client-facing software products
- Proficiency with Python and/or TypeScript and React
- Interest in working across the stack rather than specializing in only one area
- Experience building or integrating AI- or LLM-powered product features
- Strong product judgment and the ability to translate user needs into technical solutions
- Ability to explain technical decisions, architecture, and trade-offs clearly
- Experience using AI development tools effectively while maintaining ownership of code quality and technical decisions
- Curiosity, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare technology, EHR integrations, or clinical documentation
- Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, sensitive data, or other regulated environments
- Experience building and deploying mobile applications
- Experience deploying and managing applications within AWS
- Familiarity with real-time systems, streaming architecture, or audio-based applications
